jin piece sets
how to use
Here are piece sets of sizes NxN for all N in: 20-48, 52, 56, 60, 64,
72, 80, 88, 96, 112, 128, 144, and 300 for use with the
Jin
graphical client for chess servers.
For any .zip file supplied here, simply copy the file into the e.g.
INSTALL/jin-2.14.1/resources/pieces/
directory; there's no need to unzip it. The next time Jin is invoked,
the new piece sets will automatically be made available. To see them,
navigate to the "Preferences / Chess Board..." menu, then the "| Looks
|" tab, then look in the "Pieces | Set:" information box.
These piece sets were tested under Jin 2.14.1 running under
Sun Java version 1.6.0_07, in turn running under Debian Linux 4.0r4
(kernel release 2.6.26-1-686).
